Indiana Science Fair Judges:

Call for Judges ~ 36th Annual Hoosier Science and Engineering Fair

We are pleased to announce that the 2023 State Science Fair will be hosted as a live event for both the Junior Division (grades 4-8) and the Senior Division (grades 9 – 12) on Saturday, April 6 at IU Indianapolis (IUPUI) in Innovation Hall at 625 W Michigan St.

Judges will have access to student presentations the week before the judging to better facilitate the interviews.

To sign up to serve as a judge, please visit:

In addition to judges, we are hoping to secure some additional awards for students.  Please consider becoming a special awards sponsor.  Only a few projects selected participate in the International Science and Engineering Fair. Therefore, SEFI offers an opportunity for companies and organizations to sponsor student awards/scholarships. Please visit https://sefi.org/hsef/SAO for more information about signing up for special awards. If you know of other companies or organizations that might be interested, we would appreciate if you would forward this information. This is a great way to offer encouragement to a greater number of these very bright students.
